Electrical Connection
Signal wire can use the double strand. We recommend the shielded wire in the situation with serious electromagnetic interference and please properly connect the wire to the ground .Don’t put the signal cables into a metal tube with other power cables or put them in the same slot, and decorate the wire far away from strong electric facilities.
Signal lines can be floating or grounding at any point in the signal circuit , the transmitter
housings can also be earthed or grounded.
As the transmitters ground through capacitive coupling, when checking insulation resistance, above 100V magnetometer can't be used , when checking circuit please under its max voltage,45V.
Notes
a. Please follow the diagram wiring to connect the circuit correctly. If connect backwards,due to the protection measures are adopted in transmitter, no signal output.
Transmitter will work the moment connecting the power, but the output signal is more stable and reliable after 30 minutes warming up after connecting.
b. The transmitter used in the medium which are compatible with silicon and stainless steel.
c. The maximum pressure in the measuring system can not exceed the rated overload value.
d. It is strictly forbidden to put any hard or sharp object into the pressure outlet hole.
e. The product is precision measuring instrument, it is forbidden to break at random, powerful clamping, disassemble or poke the lead hole with sharp metal implements. Please do not touch the flush diaphragm.
f. If the output is unusual, stop to check, if it is quality problems,return the products to the factory for repairing or replacement.
g. Please do not disassemble the circuit board of this instrument or change the other device by non-professional.
